I do not like 'not knowing' whether or not I have a flare with my Crohn's Disease. I'm debating how long I should go before calling my doctor since I started taking my medicine regularly again only . . .

My family went out to dinner at Applebees. I searched online to see if I could eat anything there, but found horrible reviews about the restaurant catering to Celiacs and all the cross contamination. . . .
